Carlos Mateo Risma Carletti was born in San Luis (Argentina) on May 19th, 1996.

He got his Master’s Degree in Communications and Computer Network Engineering in April 2021. From November 2021 he started the Ph.D. at Politecnico di Torino under the supervision of Professor Claudio Ettore Casetti.

The focus of his research is Vehicular micro clouds in 5G.
