Ni maoquan was born in Harbin on July 24th, 1997.

He got his B.Sc. degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Politecnico di Torino in July 2021. And he obtained his M.Sc. Degree in ICT for Smart Societies in April 2024, from Politecnico di Torino.

From November 2024 he is a PhD student in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering under the supervision of Prof. Michela Meo and Prof. Daniela Renga
