Aurora Martiny is a Ph.D. student under the supervision of Professor Michela Meo and Greta Vallero. Her research focuses on the resilience of radio access networks, with particular emphasis on energy-aware and UAV-assisted solutions for connectivity recovery during power outages. She investigates the interplay between network performance, energy constraints, and spatial deployment in realistic urban scenarios. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering and a Master’s degree in ICT for Smart Societies, which provided her with a strong interdisciplinary background in communication systems and sustainability.
